A subscription renews automatically only if automatic renewal is enabled when you make the payment. You can cancel the renewal to prevent future charges.
What does a subscription include?
A subscription gives you access to the profile's exclusive content for the purchased subscription period, as well as any features or benefits specified by the creator.
What happens if a profile changes from private to public?
If a profile changes to public, any content the creator chooses to make public may become available for free. This does not qualify for a refund of previously purchased subscriptions, since access was provided during the purchased subscription period.
Are tips refundable?
No. Tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable once they have been submitted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription renewal to prevent future charges. Canceling your subscription does not result in a refund for the period you have already paid for.

If a profile stops offering subscriptions, you will no longer be able to purchase a new subscription to that profile. The terms applicable to any previously purchased subscription will depend on the subscription period and the applicable terms of service.

Profiles and content are posted by their respective users. SugarBabyOnline provides the platform and enforces its rules, policies, and applicable safety measures.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No. Your account is personal, and you must not share your login credentials with third parties.
