5. Interactions Outside Sugar Baby Online

The user expressly acknowledges that any interaction they have with another user outside the Platform is undertaken at their own risk.

Facebook;
email;
external video calls;
money transfers;
deposits;
gifts;
travel;

restaurants;

Sugar Baby Online does not control and cannot control the actions of its users outside the Platform.

8. Reports

The Platform will provide mechanisms for reporting:

extortion;
harassment;
illegal content;
content published without authorization;
impersonation;
activity involving minors;
and other violations of these Terms.

Users must provide sufficient information for us to investigate a report.

9. User-Generated Content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish, transmit, send, or upload.

The user may not publish content that:

is published without consent;
contains intimate images of third parties without authorization;
is used for threats or extortion;
contains malware;
is fraudulent;
impersonates another person;
promotes illegal activities.

10. License to Content

The user retains ownership of their content.

By uploading content to Sugar Baby Online, the user grants Sugar Baby Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use such content solely to the extent necessary to:

provide the service;
